東京ビックサイトにて開催された「食品開発展展2023」にて代表理事 五十嵐圭介 と理事 岡田健成が 招待講演を行いました。来場いただいた方ありがとうございました。

食品開発展は 食品分野の技術者を対象とした展示会です。そのような中、培養肉など細胞性食品も重要な食品開発の一部であり、注目が高まっていることから本セミナーでの講演となりました。

五十嵐からは 「プロテインクライシスに対応する代替たん白の可能性の探る」という題で

岡田 からは「細胞性食品・精密発酵など「細胞農業」の動向」という題で発表いたしました。

本講演が、細胞農業の普及につながれば幸いです。

引き続き日本細胞農業協会は様々な形で細胞農業の普及に努めてまいります。

Keisuke Igarashi, Representative Board member, and Kensei Okada, Board member, gave invited lectures at the "Food Development Exhibition 2023" held at Tokyo Big Sight. Thank you very much for coming to our booth.

The Food Development Expo is an exhibition for engineers in the food industry. Under such circumstances, cellular foods such as cultured meat are an important part of food development and are attracting increasing attention, which is why they were invited to give a lecture at this seminar.

Dr. Igarashi spoke on "Exploring the Potential of Alternative Proteins in Response to the Protein Crisis.

Okada gave a presentation titled "Trends in Cellular Agriculture, including Cell-based Food and Precision Fermentation".

We hope this presentation will help to promote cellular agriculture.
