About Cellular Agriculture Institute of the Commons (CAIC)
Cellular Agriculture Institute of the Commons is a non-profit organization committed to promoting “Cellular Agriculture”, or manufacturing based on cells, throughout society and increasing the public’s understanding and trust concerning this new manufacturing process.
Purpose and Content of Activities
We aim to create a sustainable society where people, the Earth and outer space can coexist in harmony through the spreading of food production based on cellular agriculture (cell culture production technology). For the social implementation of cellular agriculture, we are dedicated to educational and public awareness programs as a non-profit organization in cooperation with various stakeholders such as academia, industry, government, citizens, and primary industry workers.
